There is something for every level, including complete beginners. Each class is clearly labelled, and options are offered so you can choose the version that feels right for your body that day.

A yoga mat is all you need. Some practices may use optional props such as blocks, a Pilates ball, a strap, light weights, and a sturdy chair. You can always choose body weight only, depending on what you have available. Each class description will tell you what you need.

Choose the class time that fits into your day. Some practices are as quick as 10 minutes, while longer classes are around 30–40 minutes. You can see the exact length before choosing a class.

Please speak with your doctor or another qualified health professional before beginning if you are pregnant, injured, recovering from surgery, managing a health condition, or unsure whether a class is suitable. Online classes are prerecorded, so Lease cannot assess or correct your movement in real time. Move within your limits and stop immediately if you feel pain, faintness, dizziness, shortness of breath, or become unwell.

Yoga, barre, Pilates, and other movement classes involve physical activity and carry a risk of injury. The acknowledgement confirms that you understand this, will choose a suitable class and safe space, move within your own limits, and seek professional health advice when needed. It does not remove any consumer right that the law gives you.

Yes. Lease Yoga is operated from New Zealand and welcomes people from around the world. New Zealand law governs the website terms, and international customers also keep any mandatory consumer or privacy rights that apply where they live.

Classes may be filmed among beautiful landscapes in Aotearoa New Zealand or in other countries. Wherever a class is filmed, your account, purchase, and secure video access are provided online by Lease Yoga from New Zealand.

Lease Yoga accounts are intended for adults. Anyone under 18 should use the service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Your LeaseYoga account is free. Each class costs NZ$5 and gives you seven days of unlimited viewing from your first play. Payment is made securely through Stripe, and there is no monthly subscription.

There is no recurring membership to cancel. Your seven-day class access expires automatically, and you will not be charged again unless you choose to purchase another class.

Sign in using the same account you used at checkout. Your purchased classes appear in your account while access is active. The seven-day access period begins when you first play the class.

Yes. LeaseYoga works in modern browsers on phones, tablets, and computers. You may also be able to cast or mirror a class to your television if your devices support it.

No. Paid classes are for your personal use and play securely through the LeaseYoga website. Downloads and sharing your account, access, or playback links are not permitted.

First refresh the page, check your internet connection, and make sure you are signed in with the account used for your purchase. If the problem continues, reply to your LeaseYoga account or purchase email and include the class name and a short description of what happened.

Lease Yoga only collects information reasonably needed to run your account, process purchases, provide secure class access, offer support, and protect the service. Trusted providers including Supabase, Stripe, Mux, and the website host help deliver these services. Lease Yoga does not store your full card number or sell your personal information. If a technical problem prevents you from using access you purchased, please contact LeaseYoga so the issue can be investigated and resolved fairly. Refund requests are considered according to the circumstances and your applicable consumer rights.
